I love recieving this question! For any project that requires the use of images, videos, and copy I must recieve your content atleast 5 dyas before your start date.
If your content is not recieved within 48 hours of your start date your project can be terminated.
If additional time is needed to complete the project, the client is required to pay an additional fee for each day the project goes beyond your inital deadline.
How you recieve your designs depends on the service that you requested.
Digital serives- you'll recieve them through email in four file types. .PNG. , JPG, .PDF, .EPS
if you do not recive the file type that you need then please specify in the inquiry form which one you'll need.
Marketing Materials- You'll recieve those in the mail. When filling out your questionare please type out your full name and address.
