The RDesigns Studio service guide breaks down our services in greater detail and provides the process, minimum budget, and timeline for each service.

 

We work together collaboratively throughout the entire process to ensure that your thoughts, ideas and feedback are heard, and we develop a brand identity that’s reflective of your business and where it aims to position itself in the market.

Our Process

Phase 1: Research & Development

This phase includes: Competitive analysis, inspiration mood boarding, and study of target market.

Phase 2: Design & Refinement

This phase includes: Design concepts, client feedback, and revision rounds.

Phase 3: Rollout & Handover

This phase includes: delivering design files and client education.

Photo & Video Production

We have a production process that guides our partners through their full scale photo and video content productions.

  • Discovery - Review of competitive analysis, products/services, final asset delivery, and target demographics. storyboard and creative concepts to pair against budget and time. 

  • Execution Budget - Allocated towards our team and time.

  • Production Budget - Allocated towards all variable pieces (i.e. location, talent)

  • Pre-Production - Sourcing, Booking, Logistics, Set Design, Talent

  • Photo / Video Shoot - Production takes place in studio or on location

  • Post-Production - Editing, Formatting & Final Asset Delivery

Graphic Retainer Services

Includes:

​

  • Up to 15 monthly graphics 

  • Graphics can include but not limited to social media designs, print designs, web banners, and email design.

  • Discounted rates

  • Priority service for job submissions

  • Up to 2 meeting calls per month to review project load

  • Access to design files,

  • 3 month minimum commitment

  • Payment plan as needed

  • Investment: $900 monthly fee

We work together at the initial inquiry to discuss and add on any additional services required such as packaging design and website design for the most successful launch.

 

*All add-on services can be added to each package mentioned above at additional rates.

  • How do I get started?
    Click on Contact Us located in the menu bar and fill out the form. From there you will be assigned a date and time to schedule your choice of a 15 minute or 30 minute discovery call.
  • Will I recieve drafts before the project is finalized?
    Yes! We send drafts at the end of each phase of the project. You are given 2 free revisions before the project is finalized. After those 2 are used there will be an additional fee added to your bill depending on the project.
  • What do you need from me to get started?
    I love recieving this question! For any project that requires the use of images, videos, and copy I must recieve your content atleast 5 dyas before your start date. If your content is not recieved within 48 hours of your start date your project can be terminated. If additional time is needed to complete the project, the client is required to pay an additional fee for each day the project goes beyond your inital deadline.
  • What file types will I recieve?
    How you recieve your designs depends on the service that you requested. Digital serives- you'll recieve them through email in four file types. .PNG. , JPG, .PDF, .EPS if you do not recive the file type that you need then please specify in the inquiry form which one you'll need. Marketing Materials- You'll recieve those in the mail. When filling out your questionare please type out your full name and address.
  • How can I get a refund?
    Sorry, once the deposit is paid we start on the design right away. For that reason alone we do not refund once the project has been started and contracts have been signed.
  • When will I recieve the finalized project?
    My turn around time varies depending on the project. If needed by a specific time please let me know during the "Brand-Storming" Session.
  • How do you accept payments?
    We accept payments via debit, credit, and paypal.
  • Do you offer payment plans?
    Yes! we personalize all payment plans according to your budget needs. Please note that a deposit amount of %25 of the project will be due to secure your project.
  • What are your hours?
    The Studio is open from Monday-Thursday from 11 am-7pm. We are closed on weekends and major US holidays. Please note that all inquires will be answered between 24-48 hours during business hours.
  • Do you offer printing services?
    Of course! Please let me know during your project if printing services are needed. I'll take care the rest for an additional fee depending upon the quantity of assets required to be printed.
